We currently collect and process the following information:

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you when signing up as a member, or to the email newsletter, or both.

We use the information that you have given us to contact you via email or phone (if provided), to deliver our hardcopy newsletters, and to evaluate our representation of the neighbourhood.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful basis we rely on for processing this information is your consent. You can remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting David at the address above.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored. We keep your name and contact email address for the purposes of contacting you via email. We keep your address for the purposes of delivering hardcopy newsletters, and to evaluate our representation of the neighbourhood.

If you wish you unsubscribe or cease your membership, please contact the Chair at Chair(at)bernardsheath.org. We will then safely dispose of your information by deleting it from our servers within 90 days.
